This apartment was absolutely amazing! It was so clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. Linda, our host, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Linda even recommended a fantastic bistro next to the apartment and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch. The short walk to the Vatican was a bonus, and overall, this was the best place I've stayed in Rome. Thank you, Linda, for an excellent experience!

Had a very good stay during the holidays. The location is incredible, right by Piazza Navona, restaurants, and shops.- Didn't feel like leaving, would recommend.

I always come back to this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a shared kitchen. The first time I stayed, the staff helped me find great places to eat. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Thank you for fantastic stay during the holidays. In general rooms are clean with full size double beds. The location is marvellous and amazing — extremely close to Ottaviano. Also, the place is just off Trevi Fountain, and the subway...

The hostess, Linda, was efficient and helpful. Free champagne upon arrival. Assistance with car transfer. Clean and spacious property. High-end appliances and comfortable beds. Lovely decor and color scheme. Useful layout with two bathrooms. Great taste in design.

Everything was fantastic.

We had an excellent stay during the holidays at Vatican Royal Apartment. The setting is magnificent, right next to a metro stop making it very easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is nice, with a short walk to restaurants of all types, a supermarket, and Ottaviano Metro station. We received a warm welcome from the host. The apartment comes with convenient amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bidet.

Magnificent and marvellous location right by eateries and the metro station and a metro stop. The facilities were perfect and it had everything you need. Had everything we needed, can recommend.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is right in the city center but very quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. it is very close to a subway station which made it very easy to get around the city. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with high-end appliances and comfortable beds. The owner, Linda, is very helpful and responsive, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant stay.

Although the apartment is close to Vatican City, it is not within walking distance of some of the major attractions in Rome such as the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain.

Our stay at Vatican Royal was absolutely fantastic! We visited Rome for five days and the experience was amazing. Linda, our hostess, was incredibly efficient and provided us with excellent communication before and during our stay. She even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture. The apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The high-end appliances, comfortable beds, and two bathrooms were highly appreciated. Linda's assistance in arranging airport transfers and providing helpful information about Rome made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay at Vatican Royal again in the future.

This apartment was amazing! We loved having three Smart TVs, perfect for cozy movie nights. The seating area with the sofa bed was so comfy and spacious, great for hanging out with friends. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer, allowing us to cook our own meals and save some money. Having two bathrooms was a real luxury, no more waiting around in the mornings.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle. I prefer boiling water on the stovetop for a better taste.

We had a fantastic stay at Vatican Royal! The apartment was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was great to have the option to wash and dry our laundry. The location was perfect, with a great coffee shop just around the corner. Linda, the owner, was wonderful. She provided us with helpful information about transportation and recommended some fantastic local restaurants.
